Ken O'Quinn Ken O'Quinn is the founder of Writing With Clarity. He conducts corporate writing workshops worldwide, working extensively with corporate communications and PR teams, as well as staff and managers in other areas of business to improve their professional writing skills. A seasoned writer himself, he also provides one-on-one coaching for Fortune 500 companies and global PR firms. Previously, he had journalism career with the Associated Press. Jennifer Windrum Jennifer Windrum is a PR and social media strategist at Bozell, a marketing communications firm in Omaha. Her work includes PR and social media strategy and execution, crisis communications and social media community development and management. She founded SMAC!, Sock Monkeys Against Cancer—to encourage the giving of SMAC! Monkeys—"creature comforts" for those with or affected by cancer, reminding them no one fights it alone. SMAC! was inspired by Jennifer's mother's battle with lung cancer (she never smoked) and their social media campaign "WTF? (Where's the Funding) for Lung Cancer," that chronicled her mom's battle to educate the public that ANYONE can get lung cancer and to increase funding for the #1 cancer killer and the least-funded. WTF? got national notoriety as a finalist in Mashable's awards for most creative social media campaign. Before WTF?, Jennifer did two stints in agencies, and was press secretary for the Omaha mayor. She began as a TV journalist at the CBS local affiliate in Omaha.
Jason Chupick Jason Chupick is a former director of public relations for Hearst Magazines Digital Media. A PR and social media strategist with experience representing people, brands and institutions, he's also a founding editor of mediabistro's PRNewser. He speaks at industry events, and has taught business school undergraduates about the power of social media marketing.
