With more than 16 years of high-tech marketing experience, she previously led the go-to-market strategy for IBM Social Business, and before that she headed up the worldwide go-to-market and revenue-bearing demand generation campaign strategy for IBM's new Smarter Commerce initiative.
Heather Garcia-Meza Heather Garcia-Meza has more than two decades of experience helping brands like Cisco, IBM and the Content Marketing Institute drive results. With a strong passion for content marketing and social media, Garcia-Meza uses her 25+ years of marketing experience to help people and organizations connect with their audiences. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years and their young son. She loves "Star Wars," Halloween and putting her cosmetology license to good use by constantly changing her hairstyle and color.
Laura Wilson Laura Wilson is the director of digital engagement and social media at Georgetown University, one of the world's leading academic and research institutions, where she sets the university's social media strategy. She's created and improved social media programs for Hilton Hotels & Resorts, ICF International and Cvent. She also leads an award-winning first-person video documentary series, "Georgetown Stories," which looks at the lives of 13 undergraduate students. In addition, Wilson also volunteers/consults on social media strategy for several nonprofits in D.C. @LauraEWilson
Adam Hernandez Adam Hernandez represents Southwest Airlines as a specialist on the social business team, where he works on social and digital strategy. Hernandez tries to embed social media into every aspect of the business. He has managed the social team during such landmark events as the unveiling of a bold new look for the airline in 2014, the repeal of the Wright Amendment restricting long-haul flights from Southwest's Love Field, and the 2016 launch of the uniquely painted plane, the Tennessee One. If you follow Southwest's social channels, you might see Hernandez in a live stream. In his four years at Southwest, his work in social customer care has made him an expert on the legendary Southwest culture.
